Shipping and Return Policy
FedEx is our shipping partner. We endeavour to dispatch your order within one working day of receipt - you'll hear from us if this isn't possible. In most cases we will prepare your bike on the stand before it is ready for dispatch. Our courier collection is around 3pm. Anything received after around midday will be dispatched next working day. When selected, FedEx is generally a next working day delivery from dispatch (this does not include Saturday or Sunday), although this cannot be guaranteed. Once your shipment is booked you will receive a link to your FedEx tracking number. International shipments willgenerally go by DHL Express or similar courier. Shipping rates are worked out at checkout. Please allow up to a week for international shipping.

How to mount the front reflector tonthe handle bar wirhout having any clashes with the breaking lever?
Attached pics is how I tried it now…but is this the original intended way how to mount it?
Would be nice to have some mountinf instructions added to the booklet, for the equipment coming with the bike!

Purchased a Belter 14 for my nephew in Turkey. Once removed both wheels and lowered the seat, it fitted perfectly in my suitcase. It was doddle to put it all back together as all tools you need are provided. It’s light and well balanced. It travels well and with little effort my nephew is able to use it as a balance bike, as he hasn’t quite mastered the pedals yet. Overall, I am and my nephew of 3 are very pleased with the bike although it’s a bit pricey.
