Early Access
Early Access Terms & Conditions
- Acceptance. By submitting this form, you agree to these Early Access Terms & Conditions and to Early Rider’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 years or older and able to form a legally binding contract to register. One registration per person. Early Rider reserves the right to refuse or remove any registration at its discretion.
- What Early Access Is. Registering gives you the opportunity to be notified ahead of public launch and to access presale options where offered. Registration is not a purchase, an order, a reservation, or a guarantee of any kind. It does not create a contract to buy or sell any product.
- Presale and Early Delivery. Presale access and any early delivery are offered at Early Rider’s discretion and are not guaranteed to any registrant. Stock, order limits, delivery windows, and eligibility may change or be withdrawn at any time, including after registration.
- Pricing and Availability. Prices and product details shown during Early Access are subject to change before public launch. Early Rider may correct errors in pricing or product information without liability.
- Your Information and Marketing. The details you submit (name, email, country) are used to manage Early Access. By registering, you’ll also be added to Early Rider’s marketing mailing list and may receive emails about new releases, early access opportunities, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us at info@earlyrider.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- Changes to These Terms. Early Rider may amend or withdraw the Early Access programme, or these Terms, at any time. Changes apply from the date they’re published on this page.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Early Rider is not liable for any loss arising from your registration, from changes to the Early Access programme, or from any delay or failure to receive presale access.
- Contact. Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@earlyrider.com
