Early Rider Limtied is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with Early Rider is safe. You won't get ripped off, you'll get what you ordered and we'll sort out any problems you have. By visiting our website you accept and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We take security and your privacy very seriously, no credit card details are kept and your personal details are only used to process your order and to occasionally inform you of relevant information - nothing else.
Method of Payment 
We accept payment using all major credit cards and debit cards as well as Paypal.
Item out of stock
If an item is out of stock, please fill in the notification form and we will inform you as soon as it is available. Please let us know your telephone number if you would prefer a call.  
All items in the Early Rider are priced in GB Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate. 
DHL is our shipping partner. We endeavour to dispatch your order within one working day of receipt - you'll hear from us if this isn't possible. In most cases we have to prepare your bike on the stand before it is ready for dispatch, so please bear this in mind. Our courier collection is around 2pm daily so we always try and get all orders up to around midday ready and out with that days' courier pick up. Anything received after that will be dispatched next working day. When selected, DHL Express is generally a next working day delivery from dispatch (this does not include Saturday or Sunday). DHL Domestic (UK) will also usually arrive next day from dispatch. Once your shipment is booked you will receive a link to DHL with the tracking number and details of delivery. Please do bear in mind that none of these transit times are guaranteed, and while we are very happy with the reliability of DHL things can get delayed although this is rare.
*SHIPPING INTO EUROPE* - Unfortunately since Jan 1st 2021 shipping of our bikes has become virtually impossible with excessive charges and import tariffs being levied, often incorrectly. Until we can resolve that situation we will not be selling bikes for shipping from the UK into EU.
Returns and Refunds
In the event you would like to return your bike, please contact us first. If you have changed your mind you can return it to us within 7 days. Goods must be returned in as new, unused condition in the original packaging. You are responsible for any return postage costs and for adequately protecting the bike for transit. However we are happy to book a return collection with DHL, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Any goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will not be accepted for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unclear about any of this then please call before ordering - bikes are expensive things to move around so please be sure before you buy.
We are happy to exchange or refund your goods in full (excluding postage), but please contact us first. Credit and debit card payments will be refunded back to the original payment card.
