YOUR RIGHTS IN A NUTSHELL
Early Rider Limited is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with Early Rider is safe. You won't get ripped off, you'll get what you ordered and we'll sort out any problems you have. By visiting our website you accept and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

How to Place an Order

The website is open 24/7. Telephone during normal opening hours below.
Closed weekends & Bank Holidays.
Monday to Thursday - 9.30am to 5.30pm
Friday - 9.30am to 4pm
Saturday & Sunday - CLOSED
Security/Privacy
We take security and your privacy very seriously, no credit card details are kept and your personal details are only used to process your order and to occasionally inform you of relevant information - nothing else.
Method of Payment
We accept payment using all major credit cards and debit cards as well as Paypal.
Item out of stock
If an item is out of stock, please fill in the notification form and we will inform you as soon as it is available.
Shipping
DPD is our shipping partner. We endeavour to dispatch your order within one working day of receipt - you'll hear from us if this isn't possible. Our cut off for same day order dispatch is around 8.30am daily so all orders received before this point should be dispatched same day. Anything received after that will be dispatched next working day. Once your shipment is booked you will receive a tracking number and details of delivery. Please do bear in mind that transit times are not guaranteed, and while we are very happy with the reliability of DPD things can get delayed, especially shipping such large boxes around Europe.
Returns and Refunds
In the event you would like to return your bike, please contact us first. If you have changed your mind you must let us know within 14 days. Goods must be returned in as-new, unused condition in the original packaging. You are responsible for any return postage costs and for adequately protecting the bike for transit. However we are happy to book a return collection with DPD, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Any goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will not be accepted for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unclear about any of this then please call before ordering - bikes are expensive things to move around so please be sure before you buy.
