FAQs
Why is it in the Outlet? Is anything wrong with it?
All Outlet products are new and unused: Bikes, Patagonia Kidswear and Helmets from previous seasons. The exception is our Factory Second Bikes, which are clearly labelled as such on the product page.
What is a Factory Second?
A Factory Second is a bike that has come back to us, for example as a return. Before it goes back on sale, our team inspects it and checks it is mechanically perfect. It may show superficial cosmetic imperfections, and sometimes light signs of use, but the Bike is 100% ready to ride!
Which size does my child need?
Bikes: go by inside leg, not age. Measure, then check our Size Guide.
Patagonia: see the Patagonia size guides.
Helmets: measure head circumference and choose Toddler or Kids.
Is my size still available?
Outlet stock is limited and sizes sell out. What you see is what is left, and previous-season items will not be restocked.
Do outlet items have the same warranty?
Yes. Bikes come with the same two-year Early Rider warranty.
Can I return an outlet item?
Yes, within 30 days in all stores, the same as in-season models. See Shipping & Returns.
Will outlet prices drop further on Black Friday?
No. We don't run Black Friday sales, all outlet prices you see today are final.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by 18th of December for delivery before Christmas.
