Early Rider Limited is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with Early Rider is safe. You won't get ripped off, you'll get what you ordered and we'll sort out any problems you have. By visiting our website you accept and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Security/Privacy 
We take security and your privacy very seriously, no credit card details are kept and your personal details are only used to process your order and to occasionally inform you of relevant information.
 
Method of Payment 
We accept payment using all major credit cards and debit cards as well as Paypal.
Item out of stock
If an item is out of stock, please fill in the notification form and we will inform you as soon as it is available.
 
Pricing 
All items in the Early Rider store are priced in GB Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate. 
 
Shipping
DHL is our shipping partner. We endeavour to dispatch your order within one working day of receipt - you'll hear from us if this isn't possible. In most cases we have to prepare your bike on the stand before it is ready for dispatch. Our courier collection is around 3pm. Anything received after that will be dispatched next working day. When selected, DHL Express is generally a next working day delivery from dispatch (this does not include Saturday or Sunday). DHL Domestic (UK Only) will take around two days from dispatch. Once your shipment is booked you will receive a link to DHL with the tracking number and details of delivery. Please note transit times are not guaranteed and whilst we are happy with the reliability of DHL things can be delayed although this is rare.

 

RETURNS
Returns and Refunds
In the event you would like to return your bike, please contact us first. If you have changed your mind you can return it to us within 7 days. Goods must be returned as new in the original packaging. You are responsible for any return postage costs and for adequately protecting the bike for transit. However, we are happy to book a return collection with DHL, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Any goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will not be accepted for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unclear about any of this then please call before ordering - bikes are expensive items to move around so please be sure before you buy.
 
Refunds
We are happy to exchange or refund your goods in full (excluding postage), but please contact us first. Credit and debit card payments will be refunded back to the original payment card.
