Our almost 5-year old kid is quite tall for his age so we chose 20'' model for him. This turned to be a good choice as 16'' would have been to small for him. It looks like a 18'' model would fit nicely into current line-up of Early Rider models.
And our kid LOVES it! That's simply enough to give 5 stars. Also build quality seems to be top-notch except a slightly crooked front cog for belt.
Including a kick-stand would be nice for urban model too.
Also default pedals are quite aggressive with sharp edges made of metal however Early Belter were kind enough to provide alternative ones free of charge!
This is a really nice bike if you are ready to pay a premium price for it.

Our neighbor found the bike I ordered lying around, outside the building. We were at home but currier did not even ring at the door. Happy it was our neighborhood but not a thief. Very untrusted shipping partner. We wasn’t even informed from early rider that the bike was shipped to us.
I am not sure I will use again early rider webshop.

Hi Oxana, apologies you had a poor experience with DPD. This is not how we expect you to receive your bike - I'll raise it with them. You should have received an email to say the bike was on it's way once we dispatched it from the warehouse?
Not bad, but why on earth can't I order disc brakes as an option? As it was possible in the past!

Hi there, we haven't spec'd disc brakes on our urban bikes before. The previous Trail version pre-2020 had disc brakes, this has now been superseded by our Seeker 20 👍
Bought it for our daughter's 5th birthday and she absolutely loves the bike. The 3 year old can hardly wait till she is tall enough to ride the smaller version (belter 16)

Everything from unboxing to setting it up is super easy.
This is my second belter 20, so both kids are now on this, they both had belter 16’s. Before that they were both on the previous version of the charger.
This converts to never having to use trainer wheel, and kids that want to bike everywhere.
I simple love low maintenance as well.
This is worth every penny.

We have only been using it for a few weeks and my son of 6 is VERY happy with his new Belter 20 bike. The fact that it is so smooth to ride and light really makes a difference for children, particularly if they have some hesitations. I would have given the Belter 20 a 5 star without blinking if it wasn't for the gear shifter that is somehow difficult to shift down.
Customer service is quick, friendly and really helpful!
I highly recommend this bike and company!

Really good looking bike with high build quality. Rim brakes have plenty of power. I love the belt drive. No chain maintenance necessary .
Assembly: Unfortunately the shiftig cable was routed on the wrong side of the bike so I had to correct this - nothing critical.
But there is one major flaw: the shifter/hub gear is very stiff and therefore hard to operate for a childs hand. I know the Shimano Alfine hub gear which is far more easy to operate. My boy is struggling every time he wants to shift to a lighter gear. But it will get better with time - at least when he grows more strength.
